Description

CALORPLAST air / water heat recovery units treated by S & RIND srl are components that have excellent mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance qualities, indicated for the recovery of heat from vapors coming from the fume hoods in all galvanic and industrial washing plants, even when the working conditions are “burdensome”; they are also indicated for the recovery of heat from the post-combustion fumes of drying, drying and incinerator ovens. These recuperators consist of the heat exchange elements (tube bundles or exchange plates), the ducting structures, the feeding elements (threaded connections or flanges) and the fixing elements (flanges and plates). The heat exchange elements, the ducting structures, the feeding elements and the fixing elements can be made of PP, PE, PVDF, PTFE and stainless steel. The heat exchange elements are “coupled” to the ducting structures, to the supply elements and to the fixing elements. The “couplings” between the heat exchange elements, the ducting structures, the feeding elements and the fixing elements are obtained with the mechanical assembly systems (caulking) and welding (polyfusion, tig, mig, braze welding), while the assemblies are obtained thanks to the use of machines, equipment and automatic and manual systems.

The use of “precious” plastic materials such as PVDF and PTFE or “noble” metal alloys such as stainless steel, the adoption of innovative machines, equipment and systems for the assembly and welding of components combined with use of the most modern equipment for product testing, guarantees the manufacture of products with high performance and a high level of quality and reliability.
