|HEATING ELEMENTS|

Heating is a technique through which, using special equipment, it is possible to heat liquid or gaseous fluids. With the aforementioned technique, the attainments of the ideal temperature conditions are obtained for all the treatment and processing processes of the materials to be treated. With regard to the technique in question, the company S & RIND srl is “equipped” for the industrial sector, offering its customers technical and commercial support in the evaluation of the components. As a first approximation, to perform a good heating process it is necessary to take into account five factors:

1) the type of material that makes up the object to be processed;
2) the dimensions and / or volumes of the environments in which the processes take place;
3) The types of processes that the object must undergo (thermal, galvanic, etc.);
4) the time the object remains in the environments in which it undergoes the process;
5) the ideal temperature for the process. A good heating technique gives the process environment the ideal condition for the treatment of objects.

The heating elements treated by the company S&RIND S.r.l. are state-of-the-art components, which provide heat exchange in the liquid and / or gaseous fluids in which they are inserted. These heating elements are divided into two large “families” of products: the first is represented by electrical resistances, the second is represented by heat exchangers.

The electrical resistors have excellent mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance qualities and are suitable for electric heating of almost all types of fluids and metal parts (e.g., molds and cylinders). The types of electric heating elements treated are: armored electric resistors, cartridge electric heaters, flat electric heaters, band electric heaters, MAZURCZAK series Rotkappe electric heaters and MAZURCZAK series Teflon electric heaters.

Heat exchangers have excellent mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance qualities. Suitable for heating with hot water or steam of almost all types of fluids, they are also suitable for cooling (with water or glycol water) of the same fluids. Furthermore, for particularly critical work environments, these types of heat exchangers are also used as essential components in heat recovery systems. The types of heat exchangers treated are heat exchangers in metallic material, heat exchangers and heat exchange plates in metallic material by MAZURCZAK and plastic heat exchangers and heat exchange panels by CALORPLAST.
