FIRT-PRODIGY capillary thermostats

Description

The FIRT-PRODIGY series capillary thermostats are components suitable for controlling, regulating and limiting the temperature in liquid and gaseous fluids. These thermostats consist of the capillary elements, the sensitive elements, the fixing elements and the thermostatic bodies. The capillary elements are “coupled” to sensitive elements (bulbs) and to the fixing elements (threaded nipples, flanges, etc.). The capillary elements and the sensitive elements are filled with expansion liquids that guarantee excellent sensitivity to temperature variations in the environments in which they are inserted. The capillary elements and the bulbs can be made of copper or stainless steel. The external diameters of the bulbs can be 3.0, 6.0 or 6.5mm. The fixing elements can be made of brass or stainless steel. The “couplings” between the capillary elements, the sensitive elements and the fixing elements are obtained with the welding systems (braze welding or tig). Capillary “assemblies”, bulbs and fasteners are assembled to thermostatic bodies. These assemblies are obtained thanks to the use of machines, equipment and automatic systems.

The use of “precious” metal alloys such as stainless steel, the use of machines, equipment and innovative systems for the manufacture and filling of sensitive elements, the adoption of the most modern welding systems, together with the adoption of most modern equipment for product testing, guarantees the manufacture of high-performance products with a high level of quality and reliability.

All types of FIRT-PRODIGY capillary thermostats are components made according to the technical specifications requested by the customer.

The FIRT-PRODIGY series capillary thermostats can be supplied with the relative accessories (screws, ring nuts and knobs).
