Description

The thermoregulators are suitable components for controlling and regulating the heating and / or cooling of metal bodies and liquid or gaseous fluids. These thermoregulators can be divided into the following product categories: FC series digital thermostats, LC series thermoregulators, CH series thermoregulators.

The FC series digital thermostats are composed of the command and reading panels (display) and the enclosures that contain the electronic components and the connections. The displays of the aforementioned digital thermostats are made of polycarbonate, have an IP 65 degree of protection and allow the following displays: 3 digits with 7 segments height 13mm, the status indicators of the OUT and ALM outputs and the H or regulation mode indicator C (H-heating, C-cooling). The FC series digital thermostats have front removable extractable self-extinguishing polycarbonate enclosures, fixed connection terminal blocks and screw and pitch connectors 5 mm. The FC series digital thermostats have multi-voltage power inputs and can be connected to electrical networks at the following voltage ranges: 21-48Vdc / ac, 50 / 60Hz, 4VA or 110-240Vca, 50 / 60Hz, 3VA. The FC series digital thermostats have multi-signal measurement inputs and can be “associated” with the following types of temperature probes or signals: PT1000, PT100, type J thermocouple, type K thermocouple, 4-20mA or 0-10V. The FC series digital thermostats have two outputs: one for the load (OUT) and the other for the alarm (ALM); the outputs are SPDT relay type. The FC series digital thermostats have accuracy values ​​of +/- 0.5% v.f.s. and the settable resolutions 1 ° C or 0.1 ° C (for the PT1000, PT100, type J thermocouples and type K thermocouples) and 1/0 or 0.1 (for the V or mA inputs). The FC series digital thermostats have the overall dimensions of 33x75x70mm (depth), they must be installed on a panel in a 72x29mm hole with snap-in fixing bracket and must work at the following environmental conditions: temperature 0-50 ° C and humidity <85% condensing. The LC series isothermal regulators have multi-signal measurement inputs and can be “associated” with the following types of temperature probes or signals: PT1000, PT100, type J thermocouple, type K thermocouple, 4-20mA or 0-10V. The LC series thermoregulators have two outputs: one for the load (OUT) and the other for the alarm (ALM); the outputs can be of the following types: SPDT relays (for direct loads or electromechanical relays) or logic relays (for static relays). The LC series thermoregulators have thermal drift values ​​<2 microV / ° C and converter linearity errors <0.01%.

The LC series thermoregulators have the overall dimensions of 48x48x100mm (depth), they must be installed on a panel in a 45x45mm hole with snap-in fixing bracket and must work at the following environmental conditions: temperature 0-50 ° C and humidity <85% non-condensing . The CH 100 series thermoregulators are composed of the enclosures that contain the electronic components and the connections. The enclosures are made of self-extinguishing polycarbonate, the removable connection terminal boards with an IP20 protection degree and the 5 mm screw and pitch connectors. The CH100 series temperature controllers have four outputs: two for loads (OUT) and the other two for alarms (ALM); the outputs are of the following types: SPDT relays (for direct loads or electromechanical relays) or logic relays (for solid state relays) and isolated isolated 4-20mA and 0-10V.
